People and Performance Consulting Limited operates as a virtual organisation with a network of experienced OD and HR consultants. Activities are led by Simon Spindler, Consultancy Director, with the support of the most appropriate consultants from our team.
Our consultants have experience in a number of major consultancies and have worked in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. In addition, they have line management, general management or HR/OD experience with businesses in banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation, retail, publishing and IT/telecoms. Many of them have qualifications in psychology and/or business, and all are experienced people with wide personal experience.
