People and Performance Consulting is an organisational development and people management consultancy, working to help each client develop a performance-orientated organisation.
The organisation was established in 2002 by Simon Spindler, a consultant with extensive experience in people management and organisation development consulting. After a first career in sales and marketing in business-to-business services, Simon has spent over fifteen years in consultancy, including significant periods of time with two leading international consultancies.
People and Performance Consulting aims to work with and support organisations that value and wish to develop their people. Clients may already have sophisticated people management processes, or they may be looking for help in introducing key management infrastructure for the first time; they all demonstrate a wish to work with us to develop the capabilities of their people and so improve their own business performance.
